Kristi coleman bio

Kristi Coleman’s first client on the audit team at Deloitte, in her first job out of college, was the Carolina Panthers.

Coleman left Deloitte’s partner track to join the Panthers as a controller in 2014, as the team was in the middle of three consecutive NFC South titles.

She remembers just how much fun everybody seemed to have.

“It was just a fun environment because it’s sports, right?” she remembers. “It’s what we all live for, that passion. Everybody seemed to be happy most days.”

Promoted to CFO and then later team president in 2022, Coleman is a Game Changer because she has kept the team’s business moving forward even as the team struggles on the field, and is overseeing new initiatives on several fronts as owner David Tepper attempts a turnaround.
