Sebastian schnuelle biography

Hello I am Sebastian Schnuelle the owner and operator of Blue Kennels and Dog Sled Trips, which has been in business since 1997.

I am originally from Germany and decided to move to Canada in 1996. Now I divide my time between Whitehorse in the Yukon Territory and  Alaska.

Having finished the 1000 Mile Yukon Quest 6 times between 2004 and 2011, winning it in 2009 as well as finishing the 1000 Mile Iditarod 7 times between 2005 and 2011, best finish 2nd place in 2009, I have gathered quite a bit of experience and trail stories.

I share my life with a wonderful " dog gang " or " Monsters " as I lovingly call them. My dogs of choice are Alaskan Huskies.
