Police arrested music star Justin Timberlake on June 18 and accuse him of driving while intoxicated on New York’s Long Island.
Sag Harbor Village Police confirmed to NBC News that Timberlake, 43, was in custody Tuesday morning and faces a DWI charge. The singer was later released following an arraignment.

He is scheduled to perform in Chicago on June 21 and June 22.
