Anna Beth Goodman is a businesswoman mainly recognized as the wife of Emmy, Golden Globe, and Screen Actors Guild Award-winning actor John Goodman. 

Anna was born Annabeth Hartzog and is originally from Bogalusa, Louisana.

She met Goodman at a Halloween party

Anna first met Goodman at a Halloween party at Tipitina's in 1987. 

Goodman, at the time, was filming the 1988 sports drama film "Everybody's All-American" in New Orleans. 

Goodman, while appearing on Late Night with Seth Meyers, jokingly said Anna, at the time, thought him to be a zombie and confessed to stalking her. 

He said he asked his friend to keep track of her.
